For UK customers, free postage on ALL UK orders over £15 , we can include up to four pictures per tube if you wish to combine items. We also offer an expedited (next day service) using Royal Mail Special Delivery.  Due to the current restrictions please allow 2-3 days for our standard delivery.

For overseas customers, when you place an order, we will provide the shipping cost (Royal Mail signed/tracked service) and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose.

Returns Policy

You may return all items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, providing the item returned is in new or the as described condition. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items.

We aim to initiate a refund as soon as we receive the returned item. We will confirm receipt of the item by email. It takes us 1 to 2 business days to process your refund, this will be via the same method you paid with.
